Oddly enough, this is surprisingly balanced for a joke card. High stats with the potential to become even stronger while simultaneously clearing the way for direct attacks makes for a vicious beatstick, but the high level and complete lack of protection from card effects means that you have to invest some effort into keeping your pet abomination safe. Much more balanced than some of the other cards we've seen around here.
Heck, all you'd have to do to make it a "legal" card is to change the "Demon" to "Fiend" and fix the punctuation. We like it.
